HOW TO USE:

Press the Velour Puff into the powder, then fold and rub the puff to work the powder in. Gently press onto skin with a rolling motion, after any creamy products such as cream blush. You can also tap a little powder into the lid and use a brush or sponge to set, bake or brighten. A little goes a long way.
